District Ayurveda Hospital and Ayush Wing are operated in Damoh under District AYUSH Office Damoh. In which redressal of complex diseases is done by the Panchkarma.
There are 37 Ayurvedic dispensaries in the district. 4 Homopathic dispensaries are operated. The doctors of Ayush Department have adopted 100 malnourished children in 43 Anganwadis of the district. Those who are being treated with Ayurvedic medicines. 14 children are out of malnutrition.
In the 50 villages of the district whose population is 49148. Whereas more than 1 API patients will be fed as homogenous homoeopathic medicines Malaria of 200 medicines by running a campaign in two phases from July 27, like pulse polio. The disease is treated by setting up a mega camp by every dispensary in the month.
